NEXTWORKS Srl has developed a documented and certified Quality Management System in accordance with the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015 standard, in order to ensure the quality of the products and services provided, with the aim of satisfying customer expectations and pursuing continuous improvement of its performance, thus consolidating the company's image in its reference market.
Acting in compliance with the laws and regulations in force, the management is also committed to pursuing the objectives of continuous improvement of working conditions and preventing the exposure of its staff to risks.
In addition to these main objectives, by implementing and applying a Quality Management System, NEXTWORKS Srl aims to:
- promote a process approach that is aimed at increasing the desired effects and reducing or preventing the risks associated with achieving the set objectives by identifying any opportunities for improvement;
- prevent, reduce and/or eliminate non-conformities, because they are the cause of waste and defects that produce additional costs and possible damage to customers;
- prevent accidents and injuries in the workplace or possible damage to third parties;
- be ready to propose, when appropriate, alternative technical and operational solutions in order to meet customer needs and increase customer satisfaction;
- continuously improve the product/service provided in line with market requirements through marketing surveys and meetings with customers;
- to continuously adapt the company's production capacity and flexibility in order to maintain a high level of competitiveness and an optimal quality/price ratio;
- promote and spread the culture of Quality to its customers and suppliers.
- to ensure compliance with all the laws and regulations applicable to its operations;
- ensure that the policy and the relative Quality Management System are understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organisation and that the system is supported by periodic and systematic training and education activities.
Management undertakes to review annually the effectiveness of its Quality Management System and the continued suitability of this Policy.
