CAD DESIGNER

JUNIOR SYSTEMS & SOFTWARE ENGINEER

We are currently looking for full-time junior system and software engineers to be part of our team and work on network architectures, systems and protocols.

LOCATION
Pisa (IT), Rome (IT)

ROLE
The role includes (but it is not limited to):

  • Design of system components

  • Software components design and development

  • Technical documentation of the architecture/system/software solutions and results

The work may require cooperating/interfacing with multi-national research teams on a regular basis and the ability to travel.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • MSc degree in one of the following subjects: Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics

  • Knowledge or experience with UNIX-like operating system and Linux distributions

  • Experience with at least one of the following programming languages: C/C++, Python, Java

  • Knowledge of network fundamentals and protocols (TCP/IP, basic IP routing and addressing)

HR MANAGER

La risorsa selezionata si occuperà della gestione anche operativa dei processi HR, con focus iniziale sul recruiting e sull’employer branding, con l’ottica di partecipare allo sviluppo di tutti i processi HR come supporto strategico alle attività di business (HR Business Partner).

In particolare la risorsa selezionata si occuperà in prima istanza di:

  • Gestione del recruiting, dalla definizione dei profili con il supporto dei referenti tecnici, fino all’inserimento in azienda.
  • Supporto ai processi di onboarding e offboarding del personale.
  • Gestione delle comunicazioni interne.
  • Gestione della sentiment analysis delle risorse umane, attraverso interviste periodiche, questionari, etc.
  • Monitoraggio di scadenze amministrative quali visite mediche e formazione obbligatoria.

In futuro, le mansioni potranno anche comprendere le seguenti attività:

  • Supporto alla gestione dell'intero processo formativo: dalla progettazione, alla gestione della didattica, alla valutazione dell'efficacia e ri-analisi dei bisogni;
  • Supporto nell’implementazione e gestione del processo di valutazione delle performance;

Requisiti ideali:

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 2 anni, preferibilmente in aziende strutturate in ambito ITC, società di selezione o consulenza.
  • Conoscenza dei principali strumenti e tecniche per il recruiting, inclusi i Social Network e gli ATS.
