It was held on December 6, at the Volandia Museum in Somma Lombardo (VA), the ninth edition of KNX Day, during which the KNX Italia Association awarded the best 6 building automation projects of the last three years straddling 2017-2019.
We are happy to announce that as best KNX project for social was chosen: "Fresco Parkinson Institute Italia" by Maurizio Soro, Nextworks Srl.
The Jury evaluated the works on the basis of the number and type of KNX devices used, the level of integration of functions in the building, the containment of energy consumption, comfort and orientation to innovative solutions. Solutions that pay attention to weak users were highly appreciated. "The strong message we want to convey with the KNX Italia Award is that it is essential to raise awareness of these aspects among all those involved in the design and construction of building installations," explains Matteo Di Teodoro, Vice President of KNX Italia.
