Unmanned Bed & Breakfast. The structure provides the client with access to the room via app and/or badge after registration in the web portal by the manager. Each room is equipped with a presence sensor for home automation management, VoIP Wi-Fi telephone and the hotel series infotainment system. A customised interface allows guests to use the AV system, television and useful local information directly from the TV in their room.

Personnel can control and monitor the access control system, room presence, infotainment, lighting, air conditioning, electrical automation, network infrastructure and video surveillance.
