Data may make it impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application
specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this Data without
consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access, disclosure,
modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The personal data you provide will be processed by designated personnel, appropriately trained and
operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller.

Application and IT service providers

Legal basis of processing and retention period
Those personal data will be processed in order to implementing pre-contractual measures and the contract
you are part of.
The provision of personal data is necessary to use the application. Failure to provide such data will make it
impossible for you to use the application.
The data will be processed for for as long as is necessary to provide our services.
The rights of Users
We also inform you that, with respect to the data, you may at any time exercise the rights provided by
CHAPTER III of the Regulation.
In particular, you have the right to request access to the data concerning you, their correction or deletion,
the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive data in a structured, commonly
used and machine-readable format; to object in whole or in part to the use of the data; and to exercise the
other rights recognized to you by the applicable discipline.
