Nextworks S.r.l., as Data Controller, informs you, pursuant to art. 13 EU Regulation April
27th 2016 n. 679 “General Data Protection Regulations” (hereinafter the “Regulations”), that
the personal data you provide will be treated as follows.

2. Types of Data collected
The application does not collect contact details or personal data. The only data processed is
local IP address or other personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet
communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with identified
interested parties, but by their very nature could, through processing and association with
data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
Personal Data may be freely provided by the User. Unless specified otherwise, all Data
requested by this Application is mandatory and failure to provide this Data may make it
impossible for this Application to provide its services. In cases where this Application
specifically states that some Data is not mandatory, Users are free not to communicate this
Data without consequences to the availability or the functioning of the Service.

3. Methods of processing and Recipients of personal data
The Data Controller takes appropriate security measures to prevent unauthorized access,
disclosure, modification, or unauthorized destruction of the Data.
The personal data you provide will be processed by designated personnel, appropriately
trained and operating under the authority and responsibility of the Data Controller. Personal
data may also be processed by third parties that provide instrumental services, including
communication services, e-mail, postal mail services, technical services for the management
of the Application and IT service providers.
Only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the related functions will be
communicated to the subjects indicated above. The updated list of all recipients is available
at the headquarters of the Data Controller and will be provided at the request of the
interested party by writing to the following e-mail address: privacy@nextworks.it

4. Apps Permissions
The following is a list of required permissions that are necessary for the application to
function properly:
● SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW: Used to display on top of other applications the mouse
pointer icon, in order to know where the mouse interaction will be performed.
● BIND_ACCESSIBILITY_SERVICE: Used to perform actions like clicking on
interactive objects displayed to the user, or simulate gestures such as scroll and drag
and drop, finally inserting text. Also used for waking up the device from daydream
mode and launching external installed apps.
● RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Used to know when the system finishes booting
and start the mouse service.

5. Legal basis of processing and retention period
Those personal data will be processed in order to implement pre-contractual measures and
the contract you are part of.
The provision of personal data is necessary to use the application. Failure to provide such
data will make it impossible for you to use the application.
The data will be processed as long as is necessary to provide our services.

6. The rights of Users
We also inform you that, with respect to the data, you may at any time exercise the rights
provided by CHAPTER 3 of the Regulation.
In particular, you have the right to request access to the data concerning you, their correction
or deletion, the integration of incomplete data, the limitation of processing; to receive data in
a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format; to object in whole or in part to
the use of the data; and to exercise the other rights recognized to you by the applicable
discipline.

According to the art. 77 of EU Regulation 2016/679, moreover, you have the right to lodge a
complaint with the Data Protection Authority in case you believe that the processing violates
the aforementioned Regulation
