Our commitment in consulting is much more than just leasing skilled workforce: we take care of architecting and designing solutions, planning, coordinating and executing the work to implement them.

We offer three basic kinds of consulting services, which are applied separately or in a composed form depending on the development stage of our customer:

  • project design and planning, where we support our customer in analyzing its real needs and in identifying the best solution
  • project execution, where we plan, coordinate and implement the activities and objectives foreseen by the project, trying to achieve both work efficiency and effectiveness of the final results
  • operational, where we contribute to optimize the adoption of the implemented innovation (in terms of procedures, products or services). This is achieved by closely supporting the customer's personnel in order to promote the familiarity and day-by-day operations involving the new technologies just introduced
